For questions which directly concern your coordinator role within your country, reach out to you International Coordinator via email.
Please refrain as much as possible from using Telegram for one-to-one communication, unless cleared by your IC in advance.
Contact other CCs via the CC Telegram loop, via your regional group chat, or through the Coordinator Directory for more pertinent local advice.
If you have a technical (IT) issue associated with the Facilitator's Space or any other online tool or resource in the Fresk online space, you can send an alert to our IT team directly by filling out this form.
Our Fresk Support pages are evolving! Both the community support (accessible via the Facilitator's Space - 'Help') and general public support pages have been updated to make it easier for those inside the community and out to find the answer to their question quickly and easily.
Type in keywords in the Support hub to be directed to the relevant article written by our team.
And tell your community! As CCs, we hope that you will receive fewer technical and frequently asked questions in your country inboxes and that, as a result, you can spend more time engaging with some of the more enjoyable aspects of the CC role to help your community grow.
